The Barber & Hair Stylist Apprenticeship Program is a workforce development initiative designed specifically for youth ages 14–24 in Baltimore City. The program provides hands-on training in barbering and cosmetology while equipping participants with the professional, business, and life skills necessary to build sustainable careers in the beauty industry.
Through mentorship from Master Barbers and Senior Cosmetologists, youth gain technical proficiency, career readiness, and entrepreneurial knowledge to start their own businesses or secure employment in local barbershops and salons.

The Community Clean-Up & Revitalization Workforce Program is designed for youth ages 14–24 and returning citizens in Baltimore City. This initiative addresses high recidivism rates, unemployment, and barriers to meaningful engagement by providing structured, service-focused projects that enhance both skill development and community pride.
Participants receive training in teamwork, professional skills, and project planning while actively contributing to neighborhood revitalization through clean-up, beautification, and service initiatives.
